The hotel had a central position next to the airport, the seaside and restaurants. Our king room was reasonably large with a fridge, milk and comfortable bed as advertised.

Nothing too much trouble, liked this place and would recommend. The hotel was located just off the beach and centre of town, the airport and centre. The staff was friendly and amazing and the host too. It was in an excellent and fab location near sea front.

It became my favourite place to stay in Southend-on-Sea. Everything was great, personnel was really helpful and outstandingly accommodating. The hotel has particularly good location near the sea as well as the beech.

Great room, upgraded to on-suite. Short walk to the beach, pier and main street. Enjoyed the seafood along the beach. Lovely lady at reception, allowed us to take a key even if our room wasn't ready. Good communication with Carol. Cereals and drinking water provided. Able to leave our bags after checkout. Ideal location, 7-minute walk into town. Well looked after, family room with fridge and fresh water daily. Little bowls with mini cereal packets left for us each day.
Felt at home here, nothing was too much trouble.

The location is perfect for those who want to be in direct touch with nature, as the guest house is very close to the seafront. The room was cozy and felt like home, with a comfortable bed and a fridge that had a little freezer place to ice up drinks. The landlady, Carole, was extremely helpful and kind, making sure guests felt welcome. the guest house offers a shared shower and toilet that are kept very clean.
The water pipes in the building can be quite noisy when in use.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the close proximity of the guest house to Southend High Street, the pier, beach, and the "Golden Mile". Perfect for family outings or if you have mobility issues. The guest house was beautifully maintained and had a caring owner. We were pleasantly surprised to find cereal and a fresh bottle of milk to start our mornings.
We felt incredibly comfortable during our stay, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The value for money at the B&B was great, with a comfortable and clean room. The location was ideal, close to the beach and town centre, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The morning meal could be improved with a better breakfast selection.

The location of this guest house is perfect, being close to the city centre, shops, and the seafront. It's very convenient to have all attractions within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The owner goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, providing fresh milk, cereal, and even replacing towels daily. The friendly service and homey atmosphere make it feel like a second home.
Some noise from slamming doors can be heard in the rooms.
